You spend a year trapped in an apartment you do not want to be in with people that were once close friends. You get through it and think yourself a better person. You survived people bailing, you survived people not paying their bills, you survived a cheating girlfriend and going to a school that you dont really like. You struggled through it and thought yourself a better and stronger person because you held onto your morals.
Don't get me wrong, for the most part I am on good terms with all of them. We have all been through a lot and I am sure we have all come out changed.
Then the year comes to an end and you listen to people say things that are difficult to hear. You get through proud of who you have become. Knowing there is a long road ahead and that there is still much room for improvement but that you are a better person. Then people begin to tell you that you have not changed at all and you are no better then you were a year ago. But can they really look at you and see what you have become or what you have been through? I dont think they can, I know that I cannot determine that from looking at them.
You get yelled at, beaten down and judged not by your successes but by your failures. They take the moments that you were at your weakest and say that you are not human. Maybe they are right. What kind of man are you to be judged during the good times, its the bad times that people show who they really are.
A whole year has passed since the beginning of all this and I have become an angry and emotional person who is still trying to cling to his old belief. Treat people with respect and kindness and even those that dislike you will do the same. Maybe its an outdated principle. Maybe I am outdated.

Your gallery is very interesting indeed - I had an extremely pleasant time perusing it, thank you!
